“I love Gas fire. It exceeds expectations, but I ordered the remote control version, was sent a manual version stove. Another one had to be sent and when this arrived it had a broken log which meant, initially, that the gas engineer couldn't commission it. A quick call to Burley Stoves customer service (not Direct Stoves) sorted the issue and a new log could be used on the day. The removal of the manual stove from our property took 2 false pick up dates where the haulier just didn't turn up. 2 days of waiting in the house for nothing. I won't be using Direct Stoves again but definitely will engage with Burley Stoves in the future. The product is perfect!”

Unfortunately, due both to the demand caused by the current energy crisis and the availability of parts for certain models, we are in some instances being notified of manufacturer delays with quite short notice.
