“The stove itself is good and does just what I wanted although it didn't quite fit in the standard fireplace without removing a bit of the fire back and then rendering etc.
The stove was over a month later in delivery than expected and there was a mess up with notifying me when it would be delivered - it was a completely different order to a different customer who possibly wasn't told that it was being delivered. I then had to do all the chasing to find out that my order was sat in their warehouse. I was compensated however my 2 days of sitting at home waiting for a delivery that never was coming to me is worth more than the compensation I received.
At least I got it and it is fitted and working well.”
