The kit I bought I’d ordered a flue liner too short (my fault) but Damian was so helpful he arranged for me to go and swop the liner with their local supplier for a longer length. Damian also assisted me with the purchase of a larger register plate and this was shipped out next day. Great A+ service :-)”
