“Damaged stove arrived, had been dropped/ bounced from pallet. Informed DStoves with little interest in resolving and asked me to ask the fitter to repair. Hundreds of pounds out of pocket with idle tradesmen. Wouldn’t recommend”

Thank you for your review. We were sorry to hear of the damage sustained during transit.
We can see that, having been made aware of the issue experienced, our team had provided options for either choosing an alternative stove or waiting for our next incoming stock, in order to supply a replacement. Following discussion with yourself, we agreed to arrange a collection for a full refund, and this was subsequently processed on the 28/3/23.
