“Best burner I’ve ever bought and buying it through direct stoves was the easiest and best experience. The burner itself is lovely arrived on time on my chosen delivery date. Delivery man was most helpful delivering it to my door as it’s heavy. The burner is now in place and everyone who comes over cannot stop complimenting it. “Not installed yet. Arrived with bottom protection tray hanging off but found nut that holds it on in the package. Easy to screw back on. Delivery was prompt and well managed, the pallet fitted through a standard gateway so asked driver to wheel the pallet near to my door. As to performance of the fire I don't know as not fitted. Quality of the stove looks spot on, neat, clean, and not a scratch on the stove from transportation. I like this stove to the simplistically of using it. I bought this stove to upgrade my previous fire and also to comply with new legislation of 2022.”
