After 3 uses the firebrick at the top of the stove broke into two parts. A customer sales person called Sarah responded with a very unhelpful tone that firebricks are consumables and that we should repair it with fire cement or purchase another one from them at a cost of over £30. When I questioned that surely it should last more than 3 days this was ignored. I am now awaiting to see if the manufacturer warranty covers the initial firebrick- if it does not I will most likely go through the inconvenience of returning the stove for a full refund. After spending over £1200 I would have thought the customer care would be much better…avoid.
