Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear of any issue with the fire bricks.
There is the expectation that the fire bricks will begin to crack over time as they are designed to shield the metalwork of the stove from the heat inside the firebox, expanding and contracting with temperature changes. Usually this is a matter of wear and tear and entirely dependent on the frequency of use, whether suitable fuel has been used, etc. This being said, we do appreciate that the stove has not been in use for very long.
I have forwarded on this image to our customer service team and asked that this be followed up with the manufacturer. They will be in touch in due course to help resolve this issue.
