We're pleased to hear that you're happy with the look of the electric stove that has been received. That being said, we were also sorry to hear of the issue with the heater.
We can see that our customer service team has been made aware of this issue and that we have reported the problem to the supplier - as you will be aware, the supplier has offered to visit the property with repairs in mind.
We can only apologise for the extended lead time that they have communicated, which would be due to the time of year and seasonal demand on heating appliance services.
