“Very disappointed with service-multiple delays with delivery. Very difficult to get in contact with someone who could actually help instead of the messaging service.
Then when told there was a solution to our delivery problem, and that the delivery company would be in touch to organise a suitable date-got a call from delivery company saying that they were at my house with the stove while i was in work. Stove was left outside (thankfully driver hid it around the side of the house after asking him to do so).
Disappointed in service.”
