As part of the one man delivery service that we offer, and as per the delivery information outlined on our website, the driver should transport the pallet as close to the property as is safe and possible. This would be providing level ground with no steep slopes or gravel driveways and is due to the weight and size of many items.
We do offer a two-man delivery service through the website for instances where assistance may be required in transporting the goods inside. We would also suggest that customers contact us for advice in terms of delivery where there may be concerns or queries.

First delivery date it failed to arrive, 2nd delivery date absolutely promised it would come, it failed ro arrive. 3rd delivery date the van supposedly broke down and it never came in morning as promised. We were so stressed by then that we agreed to take a chance on it being delivered to our driveway while we were at work . Which thank goodness was okay.
Everyone at the showroom/office was very polite on the phone, Jonathan should work for the Samaritans! He was very good at customer service and tried to help every time I phoned.
However, I would never recommend the site, delivery is horrendously unreliable. It was the most stressful transaction. Contacting them is a nightmare, calls constantly being transferred to an answering company. Then I was told the phone lines were down, then there was an incident in the warehouse with a forklift, the excuses just kept coming and being told the truck had broken down was the final straw.
Pity as the stove is lovely.”
