“Nice little fire with a decent size fire box and large viewing glass.
Easy to work out best air ratio.
Can be a little picky with fuel, IE if wood or smokeless is not bone dry, but that can be said about other fires.
The handle through me as instead of twisting to open you pull to open and press to close a little awkward if leaning over a fire gaurd.
However The design is nice and the customer service was excellent.
The only down side to the fire was the finish.
After the first couple of small fires to cure the paint the edge round the door when wiped released the paint resulting in the need to re-spray the affected area with stove paint.
I'm hopefull that a video showing how to dismantle the fire for repairs and cleaning are put up on Youtube as currently working out how to safely do this is limited.
No complaints on price range but time and use will highlight any possible issues.”
