“Good product for what we needed, however the direct stoves website and their “availability” indicator is not accurate; products say they are in stock when actually they aren’t available for months… the direct stoves support team were very helpful however in finding us an alternative but the site needs updating to better reflect stock availability; especially when spending £100s or even £1000s!”

This said, we're sorry for any inconvenience relating to delivery times. At this time of year, it is not unheard of for items to fall out of stock suddenly and unexpectedly with our suppliers due to sheer demand. When this happens, our team aims to contact customers ASAP to discuss possible alternatives.
We try to keep the website as up-to-date as we can and our Sales team is always happy to advise when it comes to expected lead times.
