“Poor service from start to finish. I ordered a standard fireplace insert which was £600. I was told two days delivery and was then told that it was out of stock and I had to wait six weeks so I cancelled this and had to wait two weeks for a refund I then attended the shop and purchased a different one which I was assured was in stock again to be told two days later this was out of stock And I had to wait four weeks for delivery, two days after this it turned up unannounced while I was not at home and left outside my property to get soaking wet all day until I returned.
I will not order from these again”
