“The wiring was supposed to be checked. It was all wrong some wires not connected. My fitter had to rewire according to the manual. He also cut the hole in the scenes board exactly to the size on the website. It was 40 mm out!
I think you need to re measure the centre of the duct out the back. And ask parkway to inspect the unit correctly.
All this extra work cost me extra money for the fitters time and parts !”
