“I can't review the Outback Onyx 311 Gas BBQ as that isn't what Direct Stoves sent to us, they sent us an old model Outback Excel 300, in silver, nothing like the black Onyx 311 BBQ that they are still advertising on their website. After numerous requests for call backs they had to arrange for collection and refund, they cannot supply the BBQ that is advertised on their website! Would have rated No stars but that wasn't an option!”

We are sorry for any disappointment relating to this order. We can see that an error was made in dispatching the order from our warehouse and that you did indeed receive the incorrect model.
Our Dispatch team had been in correspondence with the supplier to find out if and when the correct item could be sent to you. As they are currently out of stock, the team had then agreed to refund the cost of the BBQ upon receipt back into our warehouse.
We do appreciate the inconvenience to yourself and can only apologise for this. At the time of this response, the 'add to basket' option for the Outback Onyx Gas BBQ has been removed from the website to avoid reoccurrence while we await an updated lead time from the supplier.
