Two months later and I still don’t have all of my package. The Do Joe and Joeteisserie have still not been delivered. I don’t understand how a business can sell packages they don’t have stock of. When contacting the company the staff were unhelpful and thought the level of service was acceptable.I will never buy from direct stoves again.

Hi Gordon, Thank you for your review. We are sorry for any inconvenience. We can see that the accessories which you've mentioned had fallen unexpectedly out stock and that our Dispatch team contacted you shortly after receipt of the order to advise regarding the delay. As the Dispatch team have previously advised, "we fully understand your frustration, especially as these items were showing in stock at the time of ordering [...] Unfortunately, due to an unexpected surge in demand across the UK, several Kamado Joe accessories have gone out of stock more quickly than anticipated. While our system reflected availability at the time, this was based on incoming stock we expected to be delivered within the usual timeframe. Regrettably, our supplier has experienced delays which have impacted fulfilment of some items in your package. We are actively chasing this with Kamado UK and are advised the stock is expected imminently. As soon as the items arrive at our warehouse, we will prioritise your delivery and contact you to confirm dispatch".
