It's good to hear that you have been impressed with the Geocast beam and we are sorry for any disappointment regarding the delivery.
We can see from notes on this order that the beam was sent from our supplier for delivery to a parcel drop-off centre in Northern Ireland. It was necessary for the supplier to confirm that pallet deliveries would be accepted at the delivery address, and the number that you had provided on the original order would not connect when contacted.
The Geocast beams are largely available on a 48 hour delivery service to mainland UK addresses and it was because of the extenuating circumstances mentioned above that the order did not arrive within this time frame.
