We are sorry for any inconvenience regarding the damaged fireplace. We were notified of the damage sustained with the courier on the 20/1/25 and while we immediately reported the issue to the supplier with a replacement in mind, there will have still been a lead time for the production and dispatch of the new fireplace.
We can see that our customer service team has been in contact with the supplier and that they are due to deliver to our warehouse in due course.
