We are sorry for any inconvenience regarding the register plate. As per the product description on our website, the fitting kit option which you selected (6 inch Plain Flue Pipe Register Plate & CO Detector) does come with "a standard 800mm x 400mm galvanised steel register plate".
We do offer a selection of larger register plates and would have been happy to assist with a quotation to include a larger plate had this request been made ahead of your purchase:
