We are sorry to hear that the engineer refused to carry out installation with the pipe in question. We would however stress that our flue pipes are made from low-carbon steel and are manufactured in accordance with HETAS guidance and ISO9001-2008, as well as having an internal and external vitreous coating to meet the requirements of BSEN ISO 28706 – 1:2011.
