We appreciate that there was a longer than average lead time on this pre-order. This was in fact a British designed stove but due to the ongoing current energy crisis, we have experienced a huge surge in demand for our products over the last year. Our suppliers have also been affected by the same in terms of availability of parts, manufacturing delays, etc.
We try our best to ensure that all customers receive orders as and when expected, but we apologise that we were unable to uphold our usual high standards this time. As you mention, our sales team are always happy to advise in terms of lead times if there are any concerns.
