“Avoid this company at all costs dreadfull service right the the start part got lost then sent wrong part then nobody had a clue what was going on loads of false promises nobody cares at all rang over 15 times finally got product overpriced poor quality poor packaging poor instructions I cannot think of anything good to say about this 0 star company appalling customer service do not trust anything there say just plain lie to you begs belief how there are still in Buisness the worst buying experience I’ve ever had in retail myself would never treat my customers this way no effort no compassion no ethics simply unacceptable Avoid avoid avoid”

We can see that our Dispatch team had spoken to the courier regarding an issue relating to the delivery. While the majority of the items shipped with our delivery partners are delivered without incident, problems can and do occur on occasion and we can only apologise for the inconvenience. We should note that part of the reason for the delay in the eventual delivery was that the courier had contacted you to arrange a book-in for the delivery and did not receive a timely response.
