“I won't be ordering from Direct Stoves again - delayed parts meant that I had about 3 or 4 different large deliveries all come separately with the final delivery not coming for months. Each time I chased for delivery dates, they ended up blaming something on me not having replied which considering I was the one trying to constantly chase down a date is ridiculous. On top of this, the customer services team are incredibly rude on the phone. Overall disaster and I'm STILL waiting for my final delivery to finish this work.”
