“We initially had a problem with a faulty door on the log burner which caused us some concern but Nick in Customer Service at Direct Stoves was very helpful and attentive despite the problem not being his fault. A replacement door was sent and all appears to be good with the stove.”

“Brilliant stove, great size for viewing the lovely flames. It heats up very well, but just wished the slower burning setting was a bit slower. That said wouldn't swap the stove!”
