“Arrived very well packed and in a very large box. Looks great in my new fireplace. The fan is noisier than expected though and may seriously annoy me in time.”
“Stove was delivered promptly in excellent condition well packed and pelleted. It is a smart modern looking stove we just wanted as a feature to replace a ripped out back boiler. The flame effect when it is on is very good and the heater very quiet. The reason I have given this review only 4 stars is that the coal bed does not look good when switched off. There is no picture on the website of the stove switched off. We would have not bought if we had viewed it in a store. However the prospect of trying to repack this very well packed item has put us off returning it.”
