“Direct Stoves have been excellent. Their customer service is A***. I ordered the wrong stove (no fault of Direct Stoves) and had to return it and swap for another one. What could have been a disaster was easily and quickly sorted, by Nick. The wrong stove was simply returned and refunded and a new one was sent out within a day. Brilliant.”
