“This is a solid good-looking stove, well-designed,modest and very convincing in terms of a real fire's appearance. And it has a full range of possibilities on the control panel, from bright sparkly (and amazingly realistic) flames and red-hot coals to something gentler. Puts out good heat too when you want it. Our family were fooled by it for at least 15 minutes on Christmas Day, thinking it was 'live'....but no, we can now have a beautiful fire in the living room while not adding to the pollution in the air. However, minor problems in assembling the stove - there were no instructions for how and where the washers were to be placed. We had to call the firm to find out the right way, which meant it took half a day to actuallly get the stove assembled and working. Apart from that, it's a lovely addition to the living room and we are very pleased.”

That it would warm up and radiate heat better than a standard one. However that was not the case at all.
It’s basically a fancy fan heather in an expensive shell!! It’s a good fan Heater and warms the room quickly and looks good. But I wished I had saved some money and bought a standard steel one. That’s really

“We received the replacement stove body on Thursday 24th February 2022. It took a while for this whole episode to be resolved but it was well worth the wait, even though I was disappointed and annoyed how long it would take to transport the unit, particularly when the stove was quite costly even with the sale reduction percentage. Can I say that Nick our contact person with the company was very helpful and tried his best to sort things on our behalf. He kept us up to date with the progress.

Only a couple of negatives
We however scratched our floor on a nail that was sticking out of the pallet it arrived on.
We had difficulties trying to install the main unit into the casing we eventually took the large washer’s off underneath and it went in ok.
Overall happy arrived very quickly it was a lot heavier than we had anticipated!”
