“The fire installer was complaining about the size of the bolts/nuts to put the fire into the inset - there was no give and they were just too small - perhaps a mm or two longer.”

“Prompt delivery well packaged and crated had one small tool missing and replaced by the company very quickly Happy with the fire I fitted it into a marble fireplace and had to fit a heat shield in side fireplace would have been nice if their was one shaped that I could have purchased but all and all very happy customer and would recommend to family and friends thanks”
