“Dreadful service! Placed an order, and was told it would take 5-10 days to be delivered. Never got the confirmation email. after 2 weeks received the confirmation just to find out it will take 5-10 days to receive it! Had to chase it numerous times! It took nearly a month. Not good at all!!!!!”

Unfortunately, the delays on this occasion were on the part of our supplier, and therefore outside of our control. We do always aim to keep customers as informed as possible regarding changes to expected delivery, though we are experiencing a high demand for our services at present which can sometimes mean more extended response times.

“The product itself is fantastic. However the fire did not arrive until 2 months after the listed delivery date on the website. The CS team were helpful but limited in any support they can provide, as the product comes from Portugal.
You will need a good builder to fit the fireplace which also was not made clear on the website. The Direct fireplaces website needs to much clearer as at present it is misleading.”
