“We lovethe fire and all the different settings you can get with it,however we were disappointed when opening the box to find no chimney,when we called we were told you put the chimney on the display one and it didn't come with one, we thought we should have been told about that when we bought it as it was replacing a wood burner with a chimney and should have looked very similar to the old one,so we assumed the new one would have an artificial one as in your display.”
