“We used the online chat to confirm that it came complete with the insert, this said yes it does. So we went ahead and ordered. It came without the insert and told we would have to buy separate as we should not trust their online chat system. We said we didn't want it then but got told there was a hefty return fee. Trading standards here we come absolutely discussing.”
