“I have contacted you a few weeks ago and said I hadn't had fire fitted yet as when the gas fitter was going to fit fire my wife had to cancel fitting as an hospital appointment came through the post for the same day as she can have 20 to 30 dizzy spells per day and we have to arrange a new date to fit the fire but now he on holls as its half-term and back next week and I was told by a gentleman from your company to just check nothing was missing or broken and I said I would check to make sure nothing was broken but as I'm no engineer I wouldn't know if anything was missing and he told me no problem”
