“Fire very difficult to light. Contacted fitter and new pilot light assembly ordered. When lit fire is up to the standard expected. Disappointed that a new fire needs replacement parts so early in its life. Should this fault not have been detected at the factory? Same model fitted in another room 9 months ago works perfectly.”

While any gas fired product will go through a quality control process on the manufacturer's end, we're sure you can appreciate that issues can (and do) still occur on rare occasions.

A very incompetent business.”
