“Arrived when arranged and was very well packaged. Every item in the box and easy to unpack. The fire itself is fantastic better than expectations the heat output to me is fairly good what I would call background heat but ok early morning to get rid of any chill. I fitted the fire myself so the only complaint are the instructions which to me were vague but maybe be not to the next person this is the only reason I have given it 4 and not 5 stars the best solution for this if all suppliers have a you tube video to assist because this is what most people turn to these days.Thank you great product.”
