We are sorry for any inconvenience regarding this order.
As you will be aware, our Dispatch team contacted you upon receipt of the gas fire into stock and booked in a delivery date request with our delivery partner. Unfortunately, on two separate occasions your local depot advised that due to the large parcel volumes and the subsequent demand upon available vehicles, your particular delivery had to be pushed back.
We completely appreciate the inconvenience to yourself and your customer and can only apologise for this. While such delays are thankfully rare, they can and do happen on occasion and often due to factors beyond our control.
We can see that the order was, at your request, rerouted back to our warehouse so that a full refund could be issued.
