“I can't comment on the fire as not yet fitted pending some other work that needs to be done before installation can be completed. But the customer sevice from Direct Fireplaces was excellent - far in excess of the poor standard that has become the norm. I actually spoke to a real person with queries before making the order, she was exceptionally helpful and efficient. We elected to collect the fire from Stockport and the two warehouse men were also extremely polite , quick and helpful. I have no hestitation in reccommending this company.”
