Hi, Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear of any dissatisfaction with the fire received. The notes on this order indicate that you had contacted our sales team to advise that you weren't pleased with the flame effect, having received delivery on 8/11/24. You subsequently called us on the 11/11/24 to advise of your intention to keep the fire as your per discussion between yourself and your partner. We have not received any email correspondence from yourself since then and we must advise that our returns period requires contact with the intent to return 14 days from receipt of any goods, a length of time which has now been eclipsed.
