“While i am satisfied with it in situ, I didn't ask about how to light it.. I assumed it would be simple.. well it is, but I have to kneel down to it as it is situated at the bottom of the fire which is quite near the floor... ( not very elegant or practical) so while I am reasonably happy, perhaps a little more customer service would have been appreciated. Thank you.”
