We had our fire installed 30th October and the heating part has not been reliable forever switching it self off. I reported this and it took a week for the engineer to come out despite having emphasised I’ve had a kidney transplant and suffer from the cold. Fortunately it’s back working now and was advised if this fault happens again we need to take it up with the manufacturer!

Hi Julie, We're sorry for any inconvenience regarding this order. We can see that our team arranged an engineer ASAP once notified of the problem. It is an extremely busy time of year for heating appliance sales and fitting and while it is always our intention to deal with issues as quickly as we can, servicing availability is often very limited. The warranty on the fire is a manufacturer guarantee and requires registration with the manufacturer upon fitting, which is why the team would have recommended submitting a formal warranty complaint if any future problems arise.
