“It was delivered between the times given. I am delighted with the fire; it looks good when not lit, but really good when lit either at full or half on. It gives out a very good heat. I would certainly recommend to anyone wanting a gas fire.
The only down side is the major additional cost if you want a remote control - I chose manual because of price., which of course meaans you have to bend down to turn on.”

For future reference, many gas fires including the Kenilworth Plus offer different control methods. Manual control fires will be operated via the main control knob on the underside of the fire, whereas slide control models are operated from the side of the fire, this method of control being slightly more expensive but more accessible.
