not a good product in respect of mine has raised points done through bad production at the factory Not done in transit, cannot fault the supplier, small point a strip of heat deflector i.e aluminium foil in bag with no instructions where to fit and in any case if it went under the fire where it connects to hearth then it was too small. Basically the guarantee is only applicable if serviced once a year. Its a long time since I purchased this type of product and knowing all manufacturers on all products they expect this

The vast majority of gas appliance manufacturers offer a minimum standard warranty, with the full guarantee period being conditional upon yearly servicing. This is to ensure that products are in safe working condition and that problems to be identified under warranty are addressed ASAP. Most products can be serviced by any trained and Gas Safe certified engineer. We're sorry to hear of the problems with the fire itself.
