“Well it was only after it was installed that I realized the pilot light needs to be on permanently, or have to get on my knees and lift a heavy cast iron front off ly on the floor to turn it off, beings my self and brother are in our mid 70's with heart and knee problems you can see it a bit inconvenient and close to triggering my heart rhythm problems off, a trap door on the front or on the side like our last one would have been fine, our long serving Cannon coalbridge BF was perfect, all mechanical on the side. The installer was very nice and helpful I wish he could do the future servicing if it was possible.”
