“The gas fire I ordered came quickly enough,but on inspection the fret/frame were damaged,cust service were told of this,they contacted their supplier(Focal Point)who supplied me with a new assy,but for a different model of fire ! this 2 weeks or so after original delivery.Cust services were told of this and my preference would be for a replacement gasfire,Focal Point were then contacted and another fire sent,this over 3 weeks now from original delivery.summary-direct fireplaces cust service polite and helpful,but Focal Point,their supplier much less so(read Focal Point reviews)”
