Thanks again for your order and our apologies for the inconvenience.
We can see that our colleagues in the showroom had advised that a new remote control would need to be ordered with the ex-display model that you had chosen. The delay appears to have been on the supplier's side as they await receipt of the spare item from their manufacturer. Our sales team has been chasing them to try and expedite this, and we can see that a member of the sales team has corresponded with you today to advise that a remote is now available to be dispatched imminently.
