“They sent out a damaged fire that had been partly assembled by another customer before it arrived with us, badly damaged on 2 corners.
I have had a terrible time trying to get it resolved, calls being ignored, calked 12 times every half hour on Saturday morning, eventually called the sales lineā¦. Amazing I got straight through?
When a new fire turned up the packaging was completely different to what I had received, and was clearly NEW this time.
I tried to get a response to my email complaint and have waited 4 weeks before leaving this review, but have been completely ignored.
The new flame effect electric fire ticks when on, but I have no confidence in sending it back, and will live with it, all in all very poor customer service.
I would not buy from Direct Fireplaces again.”
