“It's seriously impressive! Great design, beautifully detailed, with amazing flame effects, incredibly realistic, multiple variations for colour, flame height/intensity/speed, log bed "cinders" effect etc. However to access all the many and various effects options you need to download the Evonic app (how to do this is fully explained in the instructions manual delivered with the fire) The remote control only allows basic on-off functions, heat or flame effect only. The app gives you access via bluetooth connection to everything this beautiful stove
can do, including temperature controls and timer function.
The only negative is, as with most fan heaters, the fan is quite loud, especially when you first
switch it on - it still startles my cats! But after a few minutes I find I start to "tune it out",
especially if listening to tv or music.
The build quality is excellent - but be warned it
weighs a substantial 60kg and when Pallet Line
deliver it they do not guarantee to carry it inside the delivery address. Fortunately the driver who delivered to me was very obliging and carried it
into my lounge. But it is still a very heavy item
for one person to manouever/position.
Overall no hesitation in giving this stove 5 stars.”
