“Fire looks brilliant but unfortunately it came without a power lead we contacted them and the customer services were very helpful and we got one straight away as we picked it up instead of it being posted. Unfortunately we plugged it in and it didn't work so again we contacted them and they have arranged for someone to come and have a look. So fingers crossed it will be working soon as it looks gorgeous.”
