“Disappointed at the way in which the fireplace was delivered as the packaging was clearly insufficient
This resulted in several component parts arriving chipped.
I flagged this up & was advised that this was standard way to deliver. I have requested replacements for the damaged elements which are needed asap for installation. Disappointing.”
