“The Review relates to Direct Fireplaces. Firstly the name is incorrect it should be Calleos that is why I received an Electric fire first of all. Before placing the Order online I phoned the sales office the Gentleman I spoke to said don't worry about that we just haven't updated the Website. Proceeded to place the order online there was the option of 12 months of interest-free credit so went for this option and went through the whole process as requested. Only to find out when I received the credit card statement the total amount had been taken. AVOID DIRECT FIREPLACES”

Unfortunately, all available information on the order suggests that the order was completed via the credit/debit card payment option, in which instances payment is taken in full at the point of ordering. We do offer a separate V12 Finance payment option during checkout which, if selected, does allow for an interest-free 12-month application to be generated.
