“I would like to write a positive review, but unfortunately I still haven’t received my fireplace which was ordered on 11th August, the website said it should be delivered within 5 - 10 days. I was then told that it would be dispatched this week but no updates at all, so my experience is not positive.”

We are very sorry for any inconvenience. As you will be aware, our Dispatch team contacted you shortly after your order was placed to advise that the suite had fallen unexpectedly out of stock.
The lead time provided was indeed the first week of September. We can only apologise for the further delay, stressing that many factors affecting dispatch times (including manufacturing and shipping via our supplier) are unfortunately outside of our control.
